    Rico has been working in project and construction management since 2014. With a good background in commercial fit-outs in Sydney, he has since transitioned into residential construction, drawn by its creativity and personal connection. At Merrigang, Rico oversees all project operations – from budgeting and cost planning to scheduling and forecasting. He’s driven by transparency, teamwork and creating a smooth stress-free experience for clients.

    Nathan is our Site Manager who brings a calm, grounded presence to every site. With years of hands-on building experience, he keeps things moving smoothly on the ground - coordinating trades, solving problems, and making sure the details are done right. Organised, steady under pressure, and a genuine team player, Nathan is all about clear communication and getting the job done well.

    Jack is a qualified builder with a carpentry background and extensive experience delivering high-end residential projects across Westen Australia, Victoria and regional New South Whales. Known for his attention to detail and perfectionist approach, Jack leads with strong site management skills and a deep commitment to craftsmanship. He’s passionate about building quality homes and driving excellence on every site.
