Exterior Upgrade & Architectural Redesign

This full-scale renovation was designed to create a forever home for a growing family, bringing new life to the existing property while thoughtfully expanding its footprint for the years ahead.

The transformation began externally, with new cladding, a fresh coat of paint and a welcoming new porch, before extending the home to accommodate the family’s changing needs. Inside, the layout was completely reimagined to improve flow, functionality and connection between spaces, while strategically placed skylights introduce an abundance of natural light throughout.

A new kitchen forms the heart of the home, creating a warm and functional space for everyday family life and entertaining. Refined architectural details, custom joinery and carefully selected finishes add warmth and character, balancing contemporary functionality with the charm of the existing home.

The result is a considered family residence that has been designed to grow with its owners, creating a forever home that feels both timeless and uniquely theirs.
